Night time dimming facility.

Special version saves hugely on installation costs of speed controls at approaches to towns/villages. Sign normally has flashing amber lights.

When vehicles approaching towns, villages exceed the speed limit, the sign goes red, causing the vehicles to stop.

Sign speed limits can be set as can the delay time for the red.

After the pre-determined time, the sign goes back to flashing amber again. Sign can be installed with either road detector or radar detector.
